Butyl Rubber
It is a copolymerisation poduct of isobutylene and isopren. Sealing properties against gases are high as well as its resistance to air and ozone. The butyl rubber, which is resistant to chemicals and high temperature, has good booling properties. It also gives good booling results with unsaturated rubber varieties. Permeability, vibration resistance, and wear resistance are high. Widely used in tire cooking and bladders, anti-vibration and damping components, undercoat and lining, shoe and ball bladders.
Styrene-Butadiene Rubber
SBR is butadiene and styrene copolymer obtained cold emulsion polymerization to use resins and oil soaps. Similar to natural rubber, has high ozone and atmospheric durability. The temperature range of it between 50 and 110 °C. The styrene-butadiene rubber, which is irregular in its structure, provides an economic advantage because the rubber is inexpensive. Moreover, it is extremely resistant to glycol-based brake fluids and alcohols. Main usage areas of Styrene-Butadiene Rubber which also prevents crystallization; production of automobile tires, shoe manufacturing, washbasin seals, electric industry, sports equipment, washing machine rolls.
Titanium Dioxide
White pigment used for color setting, give whiteness, increasing opacity and decreasing tranparency. Minimize fragility, fading and cracking, extends life of plastic and rubber at vehicles.
Carbon Black
Very strong carbon black with low particle rate and good hiding power capability.
Azodicarbonamide
Organic chemical blowing agent with low powder to produce polymer foam used polymer dilutions, rubber compaunds and PVC plastisols. Widely uses at sports shoes, shoe soles, floor mats, plastic wall covering.
Stearic Acid
Used as combining cross-links, accelerating and softener activator in rubber sector.
Chlorinated Paraffin
Chlorinated Paraffins are used in rubber production. It is used as a non-flammable plasticizer in PVC formulations, as fire retardant additive in cable sheaths, as secondary plasticizers for polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and can be partially replaced by primary plasticizers such as phthalates and phosphate esters.
Polyethylene Wax
Use to inrease gloss of finish product. Improves physical appearance and thermal properties of the product. It has lower viscosity. Use as additive for adhesive, color masterbatch, rubber and thermoplastic road marking applications.
Calcium Carbonate (Calcite)
Calcium carbonate filler with low oil absorbtion decreases absorbtion of binder and production costs.
Talc Powder
Used as filler at the production of lots of synthetic tires, plastics and rubbers. Gives a strict texture to material.
